Notable about the Riverside Casita: This unit has an outdoor shower that overlooks the river. There is hot water, but sometimes it can be chilly outside. 
Also, this unit is located riverside. This unit will have 24/7 river noise, aka white noise, which some people appreciate and others do not. 
The Alegre, Ladera, and Alegrita do not have river noise.
